Anne’s yoga classes are full of fun and laughter and you get a great yoga workout. The meditation and breathing techniques along with the yoga poses have been of great benefit to me helping me manage my anxiety. My children, one with Autism, also love Anne’s classes and they use what they have been taught to stay calm, self-regulate and manage their feelings and mood so much better. So, give it a try and Anne can adapt classes to suit all abilities and she is full of support and encouragement and you’ll be met with a lovely, friendly, warm welcome!
